In the forth semester, I worked with two social apartment buildings, with basement and 3 floors. The apartments were between 90 square meters to 150 square meters. I was introduces to the concept of subsidized area.

 

At the beginning of the semester, the emphasis was made on design, but towards the end of it, I was given the option to chose between design and constructions. I chose the latter. My final exam was all about contracting, quantities and prices for the soil excavation of apartment buildings.

As a part of the semester, I have written an ESS report about Sustainability with emphasis on the legal aspects of solar energy as in solar panels in a Danish household.
